BOARDING FEES – ACADEMIC YEAR 2020 – 2021

£50 per night including breakfast and tea

 

 

A non-returnable Registration fee of £50 is required with the completed registration form.

  • A Deposit of £200 for UK and EU applications is required to secure a place.
  • Boarding fees include all accommodation, meals, laundry, all ordinary medical and nursing charges, Wi-Fi, all timetabled sports, and the use of all sports and music facilities, excluding private tuition. It also covers most school run activities after lessons and at weekends. Additional charges for special events, transport, public examination fees and some teaching materials will be notified to parents.
  • Concessions for parents with two or more children, with at least one child attending the main school, the following discounts apply; there will be a 10% reduction in tuition fees for the second child, followed by a 20% reduction in tuition fees for the third and any subsequent children.
  • Our Holiday Club operates during School holidays and is available for children aged 2 – 13. For further details please contact Reception on 0151 632 3156 or email: holidayclub@kingsmeadschool.com

Scribe/Reader £10.35 per hour
Music £15.00 20 minute lesson
£18.50 30 minute lesson

 

Payment Methods
             
1. By Cheque:
Three termly payments payable seven working days before term commences. Cheques
made payable to ‘Kingsmead School (Hoylake) Trust Ltd‘.
2. Direct Payment:
Three termly payments paid directly into the school’s bank account seven working days
before the commencement of term. Bank Account details are shown on the Fee
Invoice. If using this method of payment please ensure your Account No. (as shown on
the invoice) is entered as the reference.
3. Direct Debit:
4 installments collected on the 5th day (or nearest working day).

Autumn Term – September, October, November and December.

Spring Term – January, February, March and April.

Summer Term – May, June, July and August.

Should any instalment be returned by the bank, payment in cleared funds of that amount,

must be made within 5 days.

There is no charge for this payment method.

Late Payment Fees for all departments are payable on receipt of the termly Fee Invoice and no later by the first day of term. Payment of fees by direct debit and ‘School Fee Plan’ are available – please contact the Bursary department for details. Interest will be charged at the rate of 2% per month on any late payments.

NOTICE

A full term’s written notice addressed to the Headmaster is required on or before the first day of term at the end of which a pupil is to be removed. Otherwise a full term’s fees must be paid in lieu of notice. Such notice will be acknowledged in writing by the Headmaster and parents or carers are advised that only such acknowledge constitutes acceptance.
