Russian-born Mrs Bartle is a speaker of several languages… and a talented artist.
A former employee of Japan Airlines with experience of living in Japan, Mrs Bartle first came to Kingsmead on a trainee placement in 2004.
She moved on to complete her PGCE at Liverpool Hope University with placements at Mosslands School and The Grange, in Runcorn. Her first teaching post proper was at Hillside High School in Bootle.
West-Kirby resident Mrs Bartle takes advantage of the Marine Lake to indulge her passion for wind-surfing, a hobby she lists alongside travelling widely, jogging, spinning, yoga, playing piano and painting. Her major area of interest in the last-named pastime is aerilics and watercolour.
Her time living in Japan led to a dislike of spiders, particularly the Japanese strain which jump when one attempts to evict them.
Her musical taste is eclectic but she likes to exercise to dance music, relax to Mozart, concentrate to baroque, cook to Latin music and drive to anything from The Snow Patrol to Robbie Williams.
Mrs Bartle enjoys her work at Kingsmead because the school community has a genuine, active family ethos.
