aged 2 - 16

Mr Wilson was born in Wirral and grew up in Noctorum. He completed his GCSE examinations before going to Birkenhead Sixth Form College to study for A Levels. From there, it was off to Westhill Teacher Training College, a part of Birmingham University for a B Ed (Hons), majoring in maths.
Mr Wilson taught for a year in Walsall before moving back to Wirral and a post at Christ Church Primary School in Moreton. He then made the move to secondary education and a post at Park High School before joining Kingsmead.
A Christian, Mr Wilson regularly leads assemblies at Kingsmead and worships with his family at St Mary’s, Upton, where he is involved in children’s work.
He is a keen Tranmere Rovers supporter and has been since the age of five, and now enjoys caravanning and family time with his wife and three young children. Mr Wilson is a keen runner and completed the London Marathon in 2001. He now organises a running club at Kingsmead in addition to managing the Under 16’s soccer team.
Teaching at Kingsmead has allowed Mr Wilson to use his full range of experience with pupils of different ages, and he loves to see the children in his care develop socially as well as academically.
