A very happy place, for everyone
Kingsmead School is a co-educational, independent, all-ability school in the Northwest of England. It is situated in 20 acres of leafy grounds in Hoylake on the tip of the beautiful Wirral peninsula.
A registered charity (number 525920), we take children from the age of two and can offer childcare 50 weeks of the year.
At its foundation in 1904, life at Kingsmead was firmly based on Christian principles. Today these still lie at the heart of everything we do and everything we expect from our pupils.
We welcome children of all faiths, and none, and offer a stretching education for children of all abilities. As well as achieving excellent GCSE results for our academically more able children we can offer long-established and highly effective support for children who find learning less easy.
We have clear boundaries, high expectations and outstanding pastoral care; all our children have an excellent rapport with staff, making Kingsmead a very happy place, for everyone.
