Year 11 Food Preparation and Nutrition students Lawrence Thompson and Olivia Fraser-Bell completed their practical cooking ‘NEA2’ session yesterday – each creating three dishes in three and a half hours. It was an intense experience, but both had planned their timings and brought all their ingredients (always a good start)! They worked very hard to complete their dishes, presented them beautifully, then, very importantly – washed up!

Mrs Eaton, Miss Evans and the Year 10 Food students thoroughly enjoyed doing taste testing, giving the students food for thought in anticipating their own practicals next year!

Even Mr and Mrs Gibbons ventured a few mouthfuls!
