I have been made aware of an incident of dangerous driving in Bertram Drive last week when a parent was forced to the wrong side of the road to avoid a car driving the wrong way along the zig zag lines outside the school. In this instance thankfully, no one was harmed.
I would like to remind you of the need for extra care when approaching or leaving the school, in particular at times of high activity at the start and end of the school day.
Our neighbours are particularly patient, however parking on zig zag lines, on the wrong side of the road, on the pavement or over driveways are the main causes of complaint I receive.
Thank you for your continued support.
